Storage instructions:
Fridge / Cool dry place:
cover the fudge, and your fudge will last around 4 weeks.
(your fudge will harden up in the fridge, leave at room temperature to soften to your taste)
Freezer:
Place in a sealed container, and your fudge will last up to 12 months.
(defrosting: leave at room temperature for 12-24 hours to defrost)
